Boys and Girls Skills Camp 2012 Details

Date: July 15 -17

Dates are good for both girls and boys. Note that we have separate housing and that the girls and boys will not play against each other in games. They may participate in skill work together. Boy and girl counselors will be present for the camp.

All players will get 4 to 6 hours of training each day and will be instructed in

• Ball Handling

• Shooting

• Defense

• Footwork

• Rebounding

Typical day

• Breakfast 8 – 9

• Skill work 9 – 11

• Ind work 11-12

• Games 11-12

• Lunch 12 – 1:30

• Skill work 1:30 – 3:30

• Ind work 3:30 – 4

• Down time 4 – 5

• Dinner 5 – 6:30

• Games 6:30 – 9

Camp ends at 2:30 – 3 on last day
