Payment Due Dates

All deposits are due 7 days prior to your arrival date for camp. Please keep in mind camp spots are limited and fill quickly. The earlier a camp date is reserved, the better. All remaining camp balances are due on or before your first day of camp.

Refund Policy

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations should be received in writing three weeks prior to the start of camp. Cancellations that are received after the three week cut off period will be honored if the camper provides documented evidence of non-attendance due to medical injury or illness. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL AFTER AUGUST 15th, THE CONCLUSION OF CAMP SEASON.

Adult Supervision & Visitation

The typical coach to athlete ratio is 1 coach to every 10 athletes during Skills Camps. Team Camp athletes are under the supervision of their respective coaching staff. A Coach and Counselor are assigned to each dorm to monitor athletes. All camps are open to coaches and parents who wish to watch athletes participate in activities. Athletes must eat all meals onsite at the camp complex. Athletes registered for overnight camps must sleep on camp premesis.

Emergency Medical Form Requirements

Your son/daughter is required to provide an Emergency Medical Form to his/her coach for participation at camp. This is needed in case of injury during his/her stay. Individual campers are required to provide EOSC with a copy of their Emergency Medical form at check-in. Professional trainers are on staff during all playing activities.
